Definitions

6. Limitations of liability.

Entrepose Group acts as the publisher of the Site. It is responsible for the quality and truthfulness of the Content that it publishes.

7. Management of personal data.

The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of 21 June 2014 for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004 and the General Regulations on Data Protection (RGPD: No. 2016-679).

7.1 Persons responsible for the collection of personal data

For Personal Data collected in the context of the creation of the User’s personal account and his navigation on the Site, the person responsible for processing Personal Data is: Entrepose Group. Entrepose Group is represented by Benoît Lecinq, its Chairman.

As the person responsible for processing the data it collects, Entrepose Group undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is its responsibility to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and clients, on the basis of the collection of their consent, with full information on the processing of their personal data and to maintain a register of processing that is consistent with reality. Whenever Entrepose Group processes Personal Data, Entrepose Group shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which it processes them.

7.2 Purpose of collected data

Entrepose Group may process all or part of the Personal Data:

  • to enable browsing on the Site and the management and traceability of the Services ordered by the User: connection and Site use data, etc.
  • to prevent and fight against computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.): computer equipment used for browsing, IP address, password (hash), etc.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that he/she would like Entrepose group to rectify, update, complete or delete, by identifying himself/herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for the deletion of Personal Data shall be subject to the obligations imposed on Entrepose Group by law, in particular with regard to the conservation or archiving of documents. 7.4 Non-communication of personal data

Entrepose Group shall refrain from processing, hosting or transferring Personal Data on its Customers to a country outside the European Union or recognised as “unsuitable” by the European Commission without prior notice to the Customer. However, Entrepose Group remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors provided that they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD: n° 2016-679).

Entrepose Group undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of Information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s Information is brought to the attention of e Entrepose Group, the latter shall inform the Customer as soon as possible and inform him/her of the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, e Entrepose Group does not collect any “sensitive data”.

The User’s Personal Data may be processed by Entrepose Group Subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.

Within the limits of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the main persons likely to have access to the data of Entrepose Group Users are mainly Entrepose Group’s sales representatives.

8. Incident notification

No matter how hard you try, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach, we will notify the Users concerned so that they can take appropriate action. Our incident notification procedures take into account our legal obligations, whether at national or European level. We are committed to keeping our Customers fully informed of all matters relating to the security of their accounts and to providing them with all the information necessary to help them comply with their legal obligations.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
